Jessica Reed, MBA, ARM

Jessica Reed leverages over 13 years of experience as RCM&D’s Special Risk Practice Leader. In this role, Jess oversees the development, management and servicing of the special risk accident and health insurance plans for various clients, with a focus on higher education and K-12 institutions. These insurance and risk management solutions include student health, intercollegiate sports, travel health and accident, global medical and club and intramural.

Jess possesses knowledge and experience from both the education and travel assistance sectors, offering a solid foundation for her leadership of RCM&D’s Special Risk Practice. Before joining RCM&D, Jess worked at the University of Delaware and International SOS Assistance.

Alongside her proficiency in the special risk domain, Jess upholds outstanding communication and customer service abilities, enabling her to nurture existing client relationships and forge new enduring ones effectively. She excels in anticipating her clients’ needs and delivering effective solutions, all while fostering trust in her ability to complete the task.
