With over 25 years of property and casualty experience, Jim serves as a senior client executive for RCM&D. In this role, he provides business development and account management services for healthcare and specialized organizations throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
Jim manages the development of property and casualty and employee benefit solutions and leads team members in identifying and providing personalized results for healthcare and non-profit clients. Jim has always been heavily involved in the healthcare industry, with a breadth of knowledge spanning from hospitals to senior living communities and physician groups.
Jim also works with clients to explore and manage their alternative risk options. He has been instrumental in forming a specialized risk retention group for senior living communities in Maryland.
Prior to joining RCM&D in 1999, Jim held various positions in claims and risk management, most recently with a Fortune 500 manufacturer. Additionally, he served as an adjunct professor for several years at Loyola College in Baltimore, where he developed and taught an undergraduate course in insurance and risk management.
