John Milano

Drawing on over 26 years of experience in the insurance industry, John is RCM&D’s Practice Leader and corporate resource for professional/management liability coverages.

In addition to setting the corporate strategic direction for the department, John also serves as a client executive to some of the firm’s largest accounts specializing in the financial and professional services industries. In this role, John is responsible for identifying client needs, providing RCM&D risk solutions and services and marketing/negotiating with insurance carriers for all professional/management liability coverages. John is also a claims advocate for these coverage lines.

Prior to joining RCM&D, John spent five years with Chubb and seven years at Travelers as the mid-Atlantic Regional Manager in charge of the underwriting of public, private and not-for-profit businesses, including professional service firms.
