John Pierson

Bringing over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, John Pierson re-joined RCM&D in 2022 and currently serves in the role of Senior Sales Executive in the firm’s commercial lines division.

Utilizing his wealth of experience, attention to detail and emphasis on building an open line of communication with clients, John generates new sales leads and builds relationships with referral sources. He specializes in large commercial property & casualty accounts, including group captives.

John is a licensed property & casualty producer and maintains his life & health license.

Before re-joining RCM&D, John spent time with Willis Towers Watson and Lyons Companies. He spent 20 years with RCM&D in his initial tenure with the firm.
