Katelyn Van Winkle, AU, AINS, CISR

Katelyn joined RCM&D in 2024 as a Client Executive in our Commercial Lines division. She brings 12 years of diverse experience in underwriting and account management, with specialized expertise in the education industry, including Commercial General Liability, Commercial Property, Inland Marine, Workers Compensation, Commercial Automobile and Excess Liability.

In her current role, Katelyn will collaborate with her team to deliver innovative account and risk management solutions for clients with complex risk profiles and unique business needs, continuing her focus in the education sector. Katelyn maintains a reputation of exceptional customer service and relationship-building with clients. She is consistently responsive and adaptive and works diligently to make decisions and execute a client’s vision.

Katelyn began her career as an Underwriter at Lebanon Valley Insurance. She continued her work as an Underwriter at Donegal Insurance Group and Harford Mutual Insurance Company. She then progressed to serve as an Account Executive and Account Manager at PDP Group and EHD Insurance. Prior to joining RCM&D, Katelyn was working as a Senior Client Manager for IMA’s Education Practice Group.
