Kevin Miles

Kevin Miles currently serves as a Client Advisor in our Employee Benefits division. With more than 10 years of experience in business development, account management and employee benefits consulting, Kevin brings a strategic, client-focused approach to helping organizations enhance benefits programs while managing costs.

In his role, Kevin helps organizations evaluate, develop and implement employee benefits strategies aligned with their workforce and business goals. He works collaboratively with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for cost containment, improve benefits offerings and deliver long-term value. Kevin’s consultative approach and strong relationship-building skills help clients navigate the evolving benefits landscape while creating meaningful outcomes for their employees.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as an Employee Benefits Advisor at both Foundation Risk Partners and USI Insurance Services, where he advised employers on benefits program design, strategy and administration. Earlier in his career, Kevin held various sales and business development positions, gaining extensive experience in client consulting, strategic growth initiatives and delivering solutions that improve organizational performance.
