Kevin Morrissey

Kevin Morrissey joined RCM&D in 2019 and currently serves as a Client Manager in the firm’s Employee Benefits Division. Kevin is responsible for servicing clients and analyzing claim data to provide service teams with innovative and actionable data analytics for the firm’s clients.

As a Client Manager, Kevin works with clients to generate new and innovative insurance solutions. He accomplishes this with a deep understanding of his clients’ needs paired with vast knowledge of industry trends, regulations and product innovations.

Kevin brings a strong understanding of alternative risk financing solutions and self-funding. These solutions and future risk projections allow the Employee Benefits Division to accurately and effectively support their clients Kevin creates dashboards with quantitative data so that clients can easily digest and monitor their data trends.  Kevin’s business strengths include customer service as well as clear and concise communication regarding complex benefits information. He works collaboratively and collectively with the Employee Benefits Division to ensure everyone is working to achieve a common goal.

Prior to joining RCM&D as a full-time employee, Kevin was an Employee Benefits intern for six months. Kevin also spent four years in the customer service industry.
