Laurie A. Gatton

With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, Laurie Gatton brings a depth of experience and insights to RCM&D’s large healthcare clients, including hospitals, health systems and large physician practices.  Laurie works with her clients to understand the business and operational exposures they face so that she can provide effective solutions to meet their complex needs. 

Laurie is an effective communicator who specializes in collaborating with her clients, across internal divisions and with the entire client service team to ensure superior customer service at every turn. As a partner to her clients, she is able to help them navigate their complex risks and potential alternative risk financing solutions. She is responsible for all client stewardship planning and goes above and beyond to provide clients with an understanding of their plan design, funding and administration options. In addition to the strategic level planning of the client program, Laurie is involved in all facets of the client cycle, ensuring that deadlines, expectations and needs are always met.  

Prior to joining RCM&D in 1989, Laurie started her insurance career as a Commercial Claims Processor with Wausau Insurance Companies.  She then progressed through service and marketing roles, including serving as the Director of Marketing for Thompson & Jones.
