Laurie A. Gatton

With more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, Laurie Gatton brings a depth of experience and insight to our large healthcare clients, including hospitals, health systems and large physician practices. She works closely with clients to understand the business and operational exposures they face, delivering effective solutions tailored to their complex needs.

In her current role, Laurie provides mentorship and guidance to Client Managers and helps shape training efforts across the healthcare team. She continues to serve as a strategic advisor to her clients, helping them navigate complex risks and explore alternative risk financing solutions. She leads client stewardship planning and provides guidance on plan design, funding and administration options. In addition to strategic planning, Laurie remains actively involved in all facets of the client cycle, ensuring deadlines, expectations and needs are consistently met.

Prior to joining RCM&D in 1989, Laurie began her insurance career as a Commercial Claims Processor with Wausau Insurance Companies. She progressed through service and marketing roles, including serving as the Director of Marketing for Thompson & Jones.
