Lucas Grabbe joined the firm in 2026 and serves as a Client Advisor in the Employee Benefits Division, bringing nine years of experience in client outreach and relationship management. He leverages a strong background in understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions. 

In his role, Lucas supports employers in developing and implementing employee benefit strategies. He collaborates across teams to ensure clients receive clear communication, responsive service and solutions aligned with their workforce goals. His communication skills and team-oriented approach contribute to a seamless client experience. 

Lucas has extensive experience conducting outreach, analyzing business needs and proposing solutions for organizations in the sports and entertainment sector. Prior to joining the firm, he served as Director of Premium Sales & Service at Live Nation Entertainment, managing the full sales cycle and helping organizations use entertainment resources to grow their business.
