Manny Mastromanolis joined the firm in 2025 and currently serves as a Risk Advisor in the Commercial Lines Division, bringing a strong foundation in sales and client relationship management.

In his current role, Manny focuses on generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring service excellence. He leverages his expertise in effective communication and consultative selling to help clients identify and mitigate risk, aligning insurance strategies with their operational goals. His approach emphasizes transparency and collaboration to create customized programs that protect clients’ assets and support growth.

Prior to joining the firm, Manny worked as an Account Representative at IZI Medical and held multiple roles with the Baltimore Orioles, including Business Development Account Executive and Inside Sales Representative, where he honed his skills in client engagement and strategic sales.
