Mark Sucoloski serves as RCM&D’s Corporate Development. Mark is the visionary strategist behind RCM&D’s dynamic growth and strategic partnerships.
In his role, Mark’s responsibilities encompass identifying and pursuing strategic growth opportunities for the company. This involves evaluating potential partnerships, acquisitions and alliances that align with RCM&D’s goals and enhance its market position. Additionally, Mark plays a key role in analyzing market trends, conducting due diligence and negotiating deals to drive long-term success and expansion for the firm.
With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Mark brings a varied background of service, sales and management to the RCM&D team. Before joining RCM&D, Mark held roles as Vice President and District Manager for Aetna, Director of Sales for National Capitol PPO, Chief Operating Officer for StrategicHire, and Managing Director of Blakefield Insurance Group.
Mark has served on the Advisory Committee for the State of Maryland Exchange Board, the state’s insurance exchange created as a result of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College, where he was a Nisbet Scholar and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK), a national leadership honor society. Mark attended Villanova University for graduate studies. Mark is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health in multiple states.
