Melissa Dolan, ARM

Melissa Dolan joined RCM&D in 2024 as a Client Executive in the Commercial Lines division, bringing 8 years of client management experience and 14 years in the insurance and risk management industry. She has focused on supporting Commercial Real Estate and Hospitality clients including owners, developers and managers.

As a Client Executive, Melissa is dedicated to delivering innovative account and risk management solutions that address the specific needs of her clients. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills and collaborative approach enable her efficiently manage complex client relationships and deliver exceptional results.

Melissa comes to RCM&D from Willis Towers Watson where she started as a Client Manager in 2016 and received multiple promotions until eventually progressing to a Middle Market Broker. Prior to her time at Willis Towers Watson, she served as a Senior Underwriting Assistant at Liberty Mutual and an Account Specialist at Aon.
