Mike Colonnello joined RCM&D in 2026 and serves as Philadelphia Market Leader, overseeing growth, client engagement and strategic initiatives across the Greater Philadelphia region. In this role, he leads the market’s business planning, revenue generation, client retention and talent development efforts while serving as the public face of the Philadelphia office.

With more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and risk management industry, Mike brings deep market insight and a strong record of leadership. Throughout his career, he has advised organizations on complex risk strategies and delivered tailored solutions aligned with their operational and long‑term business goals. Known for his relationship‑driven approach, he is committed to strengthening client partnerships and supporting RCM&D’s continued momentum in the region.

Mike is also dedicated to community involvement, spending over a decade supporting organizations including Lower Perkiomen Little League, the Sunshine Foundation, Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Bureau, and Liguori Academy. He is passionate about contributing to volunteer initiatives and advisory groups that uplift local communities.

Before joining the firm, Mike established himself in the Greater Philadelphia market, helping businesses navigate evolving risk landscapes and develop effective, sustainable strategies. His experience spans a wide range of industries and organizational needs, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing clients today.
