Nancy O’Neill brings over 20 years of experience in the claims/risk management industry to SISCO. She has extensive experience in the area of third party administration, working as both a Claims Adjuster (on a senior level) and Client Executive in the past. Nancy also has experience working with municipalities and private industry, at the local and national level.

As SISCO’s Director of Client Services, Nancy is able to establish and maintain beneficial client relationships built on guidance and trust. She is timely in her response to client concerns and effective in presenting stewardship reports, sharing relevant legislative and market updates, and conducting contract renewals. Nancy’s dedication to superior client service paired with her high-level understanding of the industry provides exceptional value to her clients
