She has extensive experience in third-party administration, previously working as both a Senior Claims Adjuster and Client Executive. Nancy also has experience working with municipalities and private industry, at the local and national level.

As Director of Client Services, Nancy establishes and maintains long-term client relationships built on guidance and consistency. She is timely in response to client concerns and effective in presenting stewardship reports, sharing relevant legislative and market updates, and conducting contract renewals.
