Robert Kotler

Robert Kotler is the leader of RCM&D’s Retirement Services practice and works with a variety of retirement plan types. As part of the team, he works to help design, implement and manage the Retirement Plans of RCM&D clients.

Robert began his career in financial services in 2000. Prior to joining RCM&D, Robert served in a wide variety of roles in the Retirement Plan Services market from administration and service, to sales and consulting. Robert brings a unique perspective by blending a wealth of knowledge of the complexities of retirement plan design and fiduciary concerns along with a strong, client-centric approach.

Robert earned his BA in Economics, Political Science and Public Policy from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. He currently holds a Series 66 license registered through Global Retirement Partners as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses. Through fi360, Robert has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Designation (AIF). AIF designees receive formal training on investment fiduciary standards of care and represent knowledge of Global Fiduciary Standards of Excellence.
