Samantha Tuttle, CIC

Samantha Tuttle joined RCM&D in October 2023 and currently serves as Team Leader within our Commercial Lines division. With almost two decades of industry experience, she brings a strong foundation in client management and a deep understanding of insurance operations. She demonstrates a continued commitment to delivering high-quality service while mentoring and guiding team members in their professional growth.

In her current position, Samantha leads client engagement efforts, helping her team deliver responsive, tailored solutions aligned with each client’s business objectives. She works closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively address challenges, drawing on her broad industry knowledge and strategic insight. Her collaborative approach and strong communication skills empower her clients to not only achieve their immediate goals but also establish a foundation for long-term success and sustainability.

Prior to joining RCM&D, Samantha served as an Account Manager at ThompsonBaker Agency, Inc., and held similar roles for nine years across various agencies. Her experience has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective on client service and operational resilience.
