Valentino Papa joined RCM&D in January 2024 as a Client Executive in the Commercial Lines Division, focusing exclusively on cyber risk and insurance. In addition to this role, Val serves as the firm’s Cyber Practice Leader, spearheading the advancement of our cyber risk solutions. His deep knowledge of cyber liability, risk assessment and insurance strategy has been instrumental in driving RCM&D’s cyber initiatives forward and expanding our practice.

Val is responsible for overseeing all operations related to our Cyber practice along with managing client cyber insurance service cycles, handling renewal marketing, crafting proposals, and providing clients with advisory on cyber and regulatory risks. Valentino excels in his role by utilizing clear and consistent communication, client advocacy, project management skills and collaboration with other service team members. His product and industry-specific approach contributes to RCM&D’s commitment to delivering exceptional and differentiated client service and strategic risk management.

With 6 years of experience in the industry, Valentino specializes in the management and placement of complex cyber, media liability and errors & omissions insurance solutions for clients within the technology, manufacturing and healthcare industries. He collaborates effortlessly with clients to identify cyber threats and develop strategies to mitigate and transfer risks, all the while striving to enhance cyber resilience.

Before joining RCM&D, Valentino served as Assistant Vice President, Associate Cyber Advisor at a global publicly traded broker where he serviced clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 500 organizations.
