Client Executive – Get practical solutions that help you manage your menu of benefits. Your Client Executive will provide strategic client direction and is apprised of emerging trends and legislation to keep you ahead of the game.
Client Manager – The Client Manager is responsible for the oversight of your plans and utilization, renewal timeline, and the go-to for your HR team.
Platinum Team – Works to address all employee health benefits issues; for example, enrollment, termination, and claim issues. Also processes enrollments, acts as a liaison to insurance carriers and answers questions relating to pertinent federal and state legislation.
Division Leader – Chief plan design architect and will build networks, facility utilization structures, script sourcing methods and programs as needed. Also, directs the strategic process, monitors the business plan, manages the team and ensures the delivery of exceptional client service.
Wellness – Specializes in reducing employer Health and Welfare costs through in-depth research, strategic plan design, claims data analysis, diligent carrier negotiations and initiatives such as wellness and disease management.
Compliance Team – Responsible for ensuring that our clients are incompliance with any relevant regulations and stands and will identify what your organization needs to do to stay out of the penalty zone.
Client Coordinator – This is the team member who works behind the scenes on the day-to-day needs of your business – from quote requests or bids on health plans to spreadsheet preparation and proposal creation.
Benefits Administration – Responsible for showcasing, implementing and servicing all the technology platforms we offer.
Data Analytics – Discusses your group’s data, claims forecast and strategy development and prepares detailed plan design analysis of various benefits to aid clients in making informed decisions regarding their benefit package.
