Baltimore, MD – RCM&D is pleased to welcome Courtney DeCroes as Surety Division Director. In this role, Courtney will lead strategic initiatives and oversee the division’s operations to deliver innovative surety solutions for clients nationally and across the Mid-Atlantic region.
Courtney brings more than 15 years of experience in the surety industry, managing complex portfolios and crafting tailored solutions for businesses in a wide range of sectors. As the Surety Division Director, she will focus on strengthening carrier relationships, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service for our surety clients.

Courtney is widely recognized for her leadership and industry involvement. She serves as Region 9 Director on the National Association of Surety Bond Producers Board of Directors, Secretary for the SuretyAlliance, Director at Large for the American Subcontractors Association of Metro Washington Board of Directors, and Board Member for Associated Builders and Contractors, Virginia Chapter. She was also appointed to the Producer Advisory Board for Liberty Mutual Surety.
