Tyler’s ability to foster strong relationships and engage with the local community reflects the firm’s commitment to collaboration and service.

Since joining RCM&D in 2022, Tyler has leveraged his legal and risk advisory background to help organizations enhance their risk strategies and achieve long-term success. His experience gives him a unique perspective, combining technical knowledge with strategic insight to deliver innovative solutions that align with the business goals of our clients. As Maryland Market Leader, he will join RCM&D’s senior leadership team, drive growth initiatives and work to strengthen client relationships throughout the region. Tyler also serves as President of the Board of The Baltimore Station, Board Member for Associated Black Charities and Member of the Association of Italian American Charities, underscoring his dedication to community engagement and ethical leadership.

Tyler is a licensed broker in property, casualty, health and life insurance lines. He holds a Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Charleston.
