BALTIMORE, MD – RCM&D Self-Insured Services Company (SISCO), a consulting services company and third-party claim administrator providing claim, risk and data solutions, has announced new leadership and repositioning in the market.
Effective immediately, Hilary Millspaugh will serve as Chief Operating Officer of SISCO. Hilary has been with the firm for over 10 years and held various leadership positions at SISCO. Hilary is a key leader for the SISCO team and will continue to deliver exceptional results in this new role.
Last year, RCM&D made the strategic decision to reposition SISCO’s claims-based market offering of Third-Party Administration services by combining it with RCM&D’s industry-leading risk consulting team.
“This combination formed what I believe is one of the country’s best independent and most talented risk prevention, risk financing, data analytics, and claims administration and settlement teams,” said RCM&D Chief Executive Officer Bob Cawley. “The claims and risk team have a keen focus on enterprise-wide operational risk with experience in several core industry settings.”
SISCO President Jim Gaughan and Hilary have worked closely together over the past year to collaborate and bring the teams together.
“Since the integration of our two teams and the broadening of our product and service portfolio, Hilary has had a tremendous influence on leading the teams to think differently than in the past,” noted Gaughan. “I am confident in Hilary’s ability to manage SISCO’s day-to-day operations as we continue to implement our plan to become the operational risk, claim and data consultant of choice.”
“We have best-in-class claims and risk professionals. We have outstanding leadership in the division. Our strategy is sound. To continue to build on this strategy, we need creativity, a focus on talent development and recruitment, and an insatiable desire to be the very best version of ourselves,” said RCM&D President Matt Kahn. “I have enjoyed watching Jim and Hilary lead the team to bring the strategy to life and look forward to the continued implementation of SISCO’s repositioning in the market.”
SISCO is focused on providing superior results for clients. As part of this strategic change and its continued investment in a talented client service team, SISCO is positioned to offer unique solutions to meet the claim, risk and data needs of its client base.
