The E&O Plus Quality Management Program provides RCM&D with a comprehensive approach to operational efficiency allowing for the delivery of exceptional client services. RCM&D has earned the annual E&O Plus Quality Management Award for 24 consecutive years. The elite award requires compliance in multiple categories across all of the firm’s divisions and includes professional development, employee satisfaction, workflow, client service and more. Across the entire firm, quality management is embraced as part of all client servicing and operational best practices.
The E&O Plus program was created in 1996 for growing agencies that insure complex risks and is endorsed by Assurex Global and The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (CIAB). Currently, there are approximately 60 large, independent agencies and brokers based in the United States that participate in the program.
