Making Valuable Connections Within Our Communities
Through our corporate volunteer program, Community Connections, we encourage our employees to give back to the communities we serve. RCM&D facilitates a variety of group volunteering opportunities and also encourage employees to volunteer on an individual basis with local nonprofit organizations of their choosing.
RCM&D Annual Regatta
The RCM&D Regatta is the pinnacle event in our community service calendar. Since 1993, the Regatta has served as the focal point of our commitment to being a truly responsible and responsive organization. Throughout the event’s history, RCM&D’s employees, business partners and community sponsors have joined together to raise more than $1 million in funding, 100% of which has been donated directly to the beneficiaries.
RCM&D Supports a Number of Mid-Atlantic Nonprofits Including:
RCM&D is an annual participant in the Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes held in Baltimore on the first Sunday in October. Every summer, our team kicks off this event with educational opportunities for staff. RCM&D also sponsors the Step Out events that take place in Philadelphia and Richmond.
