Giving Back to Our Communities

At the center of RCM&D’s values and corporate culture is a strong commitment to the areas that we serve. Through various outreach efforts, including our Community Connections program and our Annual Regatta, we strive to make a positive impact within our communities.

RCM&D Annual Regatta

The RCM&D Regatta is the pinnacle event in our community service calendar. Since 1993, the Regatta has served as the focal point of our commitment to being a truly responsible and responsive organization. Throughout the event’s history, RCM&D’s employees, business partners and community sponsors have joined together to raise more than $1 million in funding, 100% of which has been donated directly to the beneficiaries.
