Making Valuable Connections

Through our corporate volunteer program, Community Connections, we encourage our employees to give back to the communities we serve. RCM&D facilitates a variety of group volunteering opportunities and also encourage employees to volunteer on an individual basis with local nonprofit organizations of their choosing.

RCM&D Annual Regatta

The RCM&D Regatta is the pinnacle event in our community service calendar. Since 1993, the Regatta has served as the focal point of our commitment to being a truly responsible and responsive organization. Throughout the event’s history, RCM&D’s employees, business partners and community sponsors have joined together to raise more than $1 million in funding, 100% of which has been donated directly to the beneficiaries.
