Compliance Manager, Employee Benefits

Lucia joined the team as a Benefit Consultant in 2021 and currently serves as a Compliance Manager in our Employee Benefits division. She has more than thirty years of experience in the health and benefit services industry with a demonstrated history of success, leading complex client engagements.

Lucia specializes in crafting tailored employee benefit solutions that align with both organizational goals and regulatory requirements. In her current role, Lucia provides guidance to clients navigating the complex landscape of benefits compliance. She proactively identifies potential risk areas, monitors legislative changes and ensures adherence to industry standards, empowering her clients to make informed decisions and mitigate compliance risks.

Prior to her time at RCM&D, Lucia served as Assistant Vice President at NFP, Senior Consultant at The DeChristopher Group and Assistant Vice President at Willis Towers Watson. Her focus was creating benefit solutions for mid and large sized accounts, designing, implementing and managing all aspects of employer-sponsored employee benefits.
